Right at Home #1 is the not-for-profit arm of our organization dedicated to empowering renters on their journey to homeownership. Through our Tenant-to-Owner Program, we provide residents with the tools, education, and structured support needed to become financially prepared, mortgage-ready homeowners and community members.

Our not-for-profit focuses on PEOPLE, not properties. We walk alongside families and individuals as they build credit, strengthen financial habits, increase income readiness, and gain access to HUD certified homebuyer education and counseling. The goal is not just housing—but long-term stability, wealth-building, and generational opportunity.
